• Ability to maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and follow procedures.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and dangerous tools like knives appreciated.
• Understanding of COSHH and chemical safety regulations valued.

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Kitchen Brigade.

The Role will involve the following:

• Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery
• Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
• Assisting with laundry for back-of-house requirements
• Supporting Chefs in their duties
• Handling deliveries and restocking supplies
• Assisting in cleaning Chef stations
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards

Essential Skills:

• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a busy team
• Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Methodical and clean worker
• Enjoys following checklists and takes pride in their work

Ideal Skills (training available if you are the right candidate):

• Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
• Knowledge of manual handling techniques
• Understanding of COSHH and chemical safety regulations
• Experience with kitchen equipment
• Experience with dangerous tools such as knives
