Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the efficient running of our kitchens and assist the Chefs in delivering high‑quality service to guests.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, reliable and eager to learn within our growing team. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar kitchen role is not essential.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ensuring the efficient and effective running of the kitchen.
• Ensure that sufficient material for the performance of cleaning duties are collated.
• Dispose of rubbish into an area outline by Head Chef whilst complying with food safety policy.
• Ensure the working areas and equipment in the kitchen are cleaned to a high standard.
• Aid the Chefs when necessary.
