About The Role

Job Title: Kitchen Porter

School Location: Cricklade Manor Prep School, Swindon, SN6

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working Hours: Rota - Week 1: 10am-2pm; Week 2: 12noon-4pm (20 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 35.8 weeks per year (term time), with 5.6 weeks holiday pay pro rata

Pay Details: £12.60 per hour

What will I be doing?
  • Washing up pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery using an industrial dishwasher or by hand depending on the items
  • Checking deliveries for accuracy and packing away new stock
  • Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times
  • Working as part of the catering team to provide friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers
