Starting your Journey:

As a Kitchen Porter, you will assist in maintaining high standards in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. Your responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety and health and safety regulations, and assisting in food preparation. You will be an essential part of the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional standards.

You will strive to create memorable moments for our guests, providing a personal experience they will want to share.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure cleanliness of kitchens, refuse areas, stores, corridors, and equipment
• Use cleaning agents and equipment following COSHH legislation
• Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines
• Assist in food preparation

Attention to detail is crucial, as is a friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills. You should be able to multitask, solve guest enquiries efficiently, and always maintain a positive demeanor. We encourage you to be yourself, bringing your personality and energy to our team.

On your first day, you'll start a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel as a Kitchen Porter. We are looking for candidates who:
