Leonardo Hotel Edinburgh Haymarket is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support the Head Chef in a busy hotel kitchen. You will help with daily tasks, maintain cleanliness and assist with basic food preparation, all while embracing a vibrant team culture dedicated to guest excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication with kitchen staff.
• Willingness to learn and follow Leo­nardo’s standards.

Responsabilités

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen tasks and mise en place.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and hygienic at all times.
• Assist with basic food preparation and washing up as required.
• Help manage waste, equipment and stock to maintain smooth service.
