Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team in Cheltenham. You will help ensure a spotless kitchen, maintain high food hygiene standards and assist with basic meal prep as needed.

You will also manage waste, assist with deliveries and use our systems to complete tasks efficiently. We value a guest‑centred approach, a proactive hands‑on mindset and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional guest care at all times
• Keep the kitchen spotless and maintain excellent food hygiene
• Report maintenance issues to the senior chef on duty
• Wash, dry and store pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware safely
• Assist with basic food preparation as required
• Manage kitchen waste promptly
• Assist with deliveries and store products correctly
• Use relevant systems to complete tasks promptly
• Adhere to company policies, Code of Conduct, and health and safety regulations (COSHH and HACCP)
• Complete other reasonable requests from management or supervisors

Main Tasks

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times
• Ensure the kitchen is spotlessly clean and excellent food hygiene is observed at all times
• Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to the senior chef on duty
• Ensure all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware or anything else required by the kitchen or front of house team are washed, dried and stored in a safe and organised manner
• Assist with any basic food preparation as required by the senior chef on duty
• Manage all kitchen waste promptly
• Assist with the supply deliveries, checking the products and storing them accordingly
• Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times - including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations; this role requires particular adherence to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP
• Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor
