- £12.36 per hour plus estimated tronc payment per hour

- Working 30 hours per week across 5 days. We are generally closed Monday and Tuesday every week

Your Role

As our Kitchen Porter in Bruton, Somerset you’ll be taking care of the day-to-day cleanliness of the kitchens, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and any other bits our kitchen and service team require. As a key member of the team you’ll keep the departments clean, tidy and safe and keep our kitchen running. Other duties include helping to restock the firewood for our wood fired ovens and if you like working with food you may be assisting the chefs get prepared for the day too.
