Hook at The Fish Hotel serves stunning, sustainable Cornish seafood in a luxurious rustic woodland setting on our 600 acre Cotswolds Estate - it's the perfect place to escape city life and breathe some fresh air into your career. We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join us and contribute to this brilliant team and service. The contract is 40 hours per week, and will include working evenings and weekends.

We offer an excellent hourly rate of £12.60 Per hour, plus £2,000-£2,500 per year service charge. Our 500 acre Estate of three award-winning hotels and kitchens (including 5 AA red star Foxhill Manor and 4 AA red star Dormy House Hotel ) is the perfect place to develop and learn.

We also offer a raft of excellent benefits including:

  • 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)
  • A celebration birthday lunch in one of the hotels, on us!
  • Access to onsite mental health first aiders, and an employee assistance programme from Hospitality Action
  • Free access to wellbeing resources - online exercise classes, mindfulness tools and nutritious recipes
  • Hundreds of High Street discounts and a cash back card via Hospitality Rewards
  • Estate discounts on dining, stays, wine, spa products and more
  • Be rewarded with £1000 to spend how you wish in our employee recognition programme
  • Up to £1000 when you successfully refer a friend to work with us
  • Premium payments for Christmas and New Year shifts
  • An optional, low cost healthcare cash plan
  • Free, in-person financial planning advice
  • Broad ranging careers in all the usual hotel departments and a few you wouldn’t expect…like our adventure team
  • Fully funded apprenticeship opportunities

Due to our rural location, you will require your own transport (WR12 7LJ). If this sounds like your ideal next move, and you would like to discuss this role or any other opportunities on our estate, please do get in touch! We look forward to hearing from you.
