Join Our Kitchen Brigade

Interested in becoming a chef but unsure where to start? Or looking for a part-time job around your studies? This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing group offering unlimited possibilities.

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our Kitchen Brigade. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery
  • Following cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Assisting with laundry for back-of-house needs
  • Supporting chefs in their tasks
  • Handling deliveries and restocking supplies
  • Assisting in cleaning chef stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Essential Skills
  • Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a busy team
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Methodical and tidy worker
  • Enjoys following checklists and takes pride in their work
Desirable Skills (Training Available)
  • Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
  • Knowledge of manual handling techniques
  • Understanding of COSHH and chemical safety
  • Experience with kitchen equipment
  • Experience with dangerous tools such as knives
