Kitchen Porter

Not a job to be overlooked – the kitchen porter assists the kitchen to run at its best!

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a 'can-do' approach, and a desire to be part of a team. Some experience is desirable; however, all training will be provided.

They will report to the Head Chef / Sous Chef.

General Kitchen Duties include:

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and utensils are cleaned efficiently.
• Assist with light food preparation alongside the chefs during the day and service.
• Follow procedures and instructions to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Support other departments in the hotel when necessary.
• Flexible hours available.
• Casual contract.
