Job summary

Kew Green Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support a busy, high-standard kitchen environment. Youll help keep the kitchen running smoothly, prep basic menu items, and assist chefs to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Preparing basic food items from our menu
  • Prepping kitchen spaces, including waste management, washing and organisation
  • Supporting your Chefs in ensuring that all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulation are met
  • Set up and stock food items and other supplies
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and sanitised
  • Facilitating special requests from guests
  • Completing all training to timescales and looking for ways to develop your skills and experience
  • Arriving on time, in the correct uniform with a positive, can-do attitude

What you1ll be doing as a Kitchen Porter
