The Catering Department provides freshly cooked, nutritious meals to patients, using locally sourced ingredients. Food plays a vital role in patient recovery, and we aim to deliver high-quality meals for their enjoyment. We also operate three retail catering environments serving staff and visitors. All team members contribute significantly to this service, ensuring food safety and quality standards are maintained.
