Dummer Down Café & Grocery is located in the outbuildings of Dummer Down Farm near Basingstoke. The site features a large café with a kitchen and retail space selling locally farmed meats, deli items such as charcuterie and cheese, breads, and pastries. There is ample outdoor seating and the space can be used for private functions.

Hours and Shifts:

Thursday and Friday - 10:00 to 14:00

Job Purpose:

To clean and wash kitchen equipment to ensure efficient food service and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and related areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Wash utensils, crockery, pans, cutlery, and other items related to food preparation and consumption.
2. Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times.
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all associated kitchen areas.
4. Protect kitchen equipment and report any faults to the Lead Chef.
5. Use all kitchen equipment responsibly and carefully.
6. Familiarize yourself with all Honesty Health & Safety procedures and regulations and perform duties in accordance with these standards.
