About the Role:

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in helping the kitchen run smoothly. Your responsibilities include keeping the kitchen clean and organised, assisting with basic food prep, and ensuring all equipment is spotless and ready to use. You’ll work flexible shifts, mainly during busy periods, providing you with the opportunity to earn extra money without fixed hours.

Key Duties:

1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
2. Wash dishes, pans, and utensils efficiently
3. Assist with basic food preparation under the guidance of the chef
4. Keep kitchen equipment clean, sanitised, and stored correctly
5. Help manage kitchen waste and recycling
6. Support the kitchen team with any additional tasks as needed
