Job Details

• Job Title: Kitchen Porter
• Location: Aylesbury High School, HP21 7SX
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 10am-3pm (25 hours/week)
• Weeks: 39 weeks/year (term time plus inset days)
• Pay: £12.21/hour

Responsibilities

• Washing pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery by hand or using an industrial dishwasher.
• Checking and packing incoming stock deliveries.
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Providing friendly, efficient, and hygienic service as part of the catering team.

Ideal Candidate

Great customer service skills are preferred, with experience in catering or retail being advantageous. However, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important.
