Salary: up to £12.21 plus service charge and gratuities

Your main responsibility will be to support our kitchen and food & beverage teams by ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and tidy, and that all crockery and cutlery are prepared for the food & beverage team to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of all kitchen areas, staff canteens, and kitchen corridors
• Washing all kitchen equipment for chefs and all crockery and cutlery for restaurant staff
• Keeping the kitchen clean during service times, ensuring walk-through areas are unobstructed and floors are dry
• Following cleaning schedules and signing them daily to confirm completion
• Maintaining cleanliness of store areas, floors swept and mopped
• Storing food deliveries properly, rotating stock as received
• Communicating effectively with staff
• Keeping the delivery yard tidy
• Cleaning waste bins and recycle bins weekly as instructed
• Assisting with stocktaking as needed
• Supporting non-food deliveries and distributing received goods to relevant departments
