The Role

As a Head Chef, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards and continuously coaching and developing your team to excel and achieve great results.

Ideal Candidate

• Prioritizes creating a positive, inclusive work environment through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences by ensuring every dish meets high standards, either through your own efforts or by empowering your team.
• Experienced in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, with a good understanding of financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
