About the Role

As a Kitchen Operations Leader, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold high standards, and continuously develop their skills. Your leadership will drive performance, ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, and contribute to the financial success of the kitchen.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and food quality.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including stock control, cost management, and performance monitoring.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive work environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in kitchen management or leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems proactively.
  • Understanding of financial and operational KPIs in a hospitality setting.
