Job Title: Night Porter

Please note, this is a fixed-term contract ending on 10th September. The hours of work will be 10pm - 6am over 5 days.

The Boathouse is perched on the waterfront overlooking Swanwick Marina, with panoramic scenic views of the harbour, where you can sit back and watch the gentle sway of the water and feel the refreshing sea breeze. Designed to create a casual dining concept which not only provides delicious, fresh cooked food but also a regular spot for the community to come together for celebrations and fun. We know the secret to our success is the teams we build to bring joy to our customers every day, and as a result, we are looking to further build a team that is going to take customer satisfaction to the same elevated level.

Responsibilities of the Night Porter include:

• Supporting the busy Kitchen team with cleanliness and maintaining a tidy environment
• Ensuring all items are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards
• Washing pots, pans, plates, and cutlery
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service
• Preparing food in line with training
