Employment Type: Fulltime (45 hours per week)
Salary: £39k (including service charge)

We are looking for an experienced kitchen manager. Someone who loves our brand and wants to join us on the journey to build a collection of incredible fresh pasta restaurants. In return for your hard work and dedication, we'll provide you the guidance and training needed for you to flourish.
Your main responsibilities will be:
·To ensure that Company recipes are followed by all chefs (this includes all details of the pasta and sauce making, from drying times and processes for pasta to slow cooking times for sauces)
·To ensure that all kitchen staff is well trained according to the company training systems and recipes
·To ensure that all company equipment and property is handled appropriately in a safe and caring way
·To ensure all kitchen equipment is diligently cleaned, serviced and maintained within pre-set company timelines and guidelines, flagging any issues or discrepancies to restaurant manager.
For us it is important that you are a person who fundamentally cares about others, believes in good communication, enjoys working in a hands-on style, and has some previous experience working in restaurants.
