About Us

We are on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager for our BrewDog Upminster franchise! We love great craft beer, and our mission is to share this passion with others. BrewDog bars are at the forefront of this mission, and we need your help in delivering amazing beer and great customer service.

Our BrewDog franchise features a three-level bar with a rooftop terrace, located in a vibrant, well-connected town center. We have crafted an industrial-style space with creative décor, offering a wide range of outstanding craft beers and a delicious menu for food lovers.

About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is perfect and timely, leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food that complements our craft beers.

About You

You will be part of an experienced management team, working alongside passionate and confident individuals. You should have at least a couple of years’ experience in a leadership role within a busy kitchen environment. Your goal will be to deliver an epic menu paired with spectacular beer and food experiences.

You should be a natural trainer, eager to develop your team, and possess some financial acumen. Knowledge of craft beer is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is more important. Your main focus will be delivering the best human experience possible for every guest at BrewDog Upminster.
