We're looking for an inspirational leader to join our kitchen team at Bird & Signet. You'll lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

As a Kitchen Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and training your team to develop operational and leadership skills
• Coaching your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about products
• Reviewing performance against targets and implementing solutions to drive sales
• Ensuring compliance with training, food safety, and health & safety legislation
• Maintaining food quality standards
• Building strong relationships with clients and partners
• Prioritizing safety and ensuring legal trading through coaching security protocols
