Kitchen Manager - Swanley Area at Beefeater

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our Beefeater team in Swanley. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations and success of the restaurant. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive team and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training new kitchen staff.
2. Leading with a hands-on approach, communicating effectively, and motivating your team through pre-shift briefings.
3. Managing stock control and food margins efficiently.
4. Ensuring compliance with NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety standards through audits.
5. Delivering food and service that meet brand standards and specifications.
6. Driving high performance through staff development and regular one-to-one meetings.
7. Maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
8. Demonstrating passion for the brand and ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
