About The Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Skegness.

We believe that variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop our team in one of our fantastic food venues.

A Butlin’s resort is the home of getting stuck in, and no trip to the seaside is complete without great food. We aim to deliver this to every guest in our restaurant.

About You

You should be hardworking, reliable, and proactive in seeking improvements to ensure our brand standards are met and guests are delighted.

Your focus will be on guest satisfaction, resource planning, recruitment, and building a top-performing team to deliver excellent service.

You will be passionate about providing exceptional experiences, monitor and develop action plans for continuous improvement, and manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and standards compliance.

Supporting food hygiene and health & safety standards in line with legislation and company policies is essential.

We value energetic, enthusiastic, fun-loving candidates who understand the importance of their role in enhancing the guest experience and unleashing team potential.

Candidates must have passed their Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Our Restaurants Team is special, and our guests love returning. The ideal candidate will be fun, team-oriented, and committed to ensuring guests have a great time every visit.

Typical working hours: five days over seven, totaling 40 hours per week.
