Job description

Join our team as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and lead with passion and excellence in a dynamic environment that values real, high-quality cooking. We are committed to fresh ingredients, customer satisfaction, and supporting our staff's growth and wellbeing.

Your Role
  1. Prepare and cook dishes to specifications in a clean, safe kitchen.
  2. Ensure all prep and par levels are maintained for each shift.
  3. Lead and motivate the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.
  4. Manage kitchen operations effectively, including KPI reporting, stock control, and food safety compliance.
  5. Train and recruit team members, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, and Sous Chefs.

  • Experienced in a leadership role such as Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef, seeking to step into a Head Chef position.
  • Skilled in working with fresh ingredients, food prep, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Proactive, hands-on leader who inspires their team and maintains high food standards.
  • Experienced in managing KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety.
  • Capable of delivering training and recruitment for various kitchen roles.
