Your Role
- Prepare and cook dishes to specifications in a clean, safe kitchen.
- Ensure all prep and par levels are maintained for each shift.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.
- Manage kitchen operations effectively, including KPI reporting, stock control, and food safety compliance.
- Train and recruit team members, including Apprentices, KPs, Chefs, and Sous Chefs.

- Skilled in working with fresh ingredients, food prep, and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Proactive, hands-on leader who inspires their team and maintains high food standards.
- Experienced in managing KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety.
- Capable of delivering training and recruitment for various kitchen roles.
