Kitchen Manager - What Our Client is Looking For:

  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a branded or high-volume setting
  2. Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, train, and develop a team
  3. A solid understanding of kitchen management - stock control, food safety, GP management, and compliance
  4. Passion for delivering high-quality, consistent food under pressure
  5. The ability to stay calm and lead effectively in a busy, high-energy kitchen

Your Role as Kitchen Manager:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and high standards
  2. Lead and develop your team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment
  3. Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets to drive cost efficiency
