Kitchen Manager

Hot n Juicy Shrimp LDN is expanding, and we’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our newest location in Walthamstow! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love great food, and have strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can lead a team, manage service, and cook to our high standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth service.
2. Lead the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
3. Manage takeout operations efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate orders.
4. Handle kitchen paperwork, stock levels, and compliance requirements.
5. Train and support kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in food preparation.
6. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning kitchen environment.
7. Prepare and cook our signature seafood dishes to perfection.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar).
2. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, health & safety, and food hygiene.
3. Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and lead by example.
4. Experience handling stock control, ordering, and paperwork.
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great communication skills.
6. Strong cooking skills with a passion for delivering high-quality seafood dishes.
7. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards during busy services.

Training & Onboarding:

You will undergo one month of hands-on training at our West Dulwich location before taking full responsibility for the Walthamstow branch.
