Kitchen Manager - Revolucion De Cuba

Location: Liverpool De Cuba - Salaried

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000+OTE

We are looking for a dedicated and engaging Kitchen Manager to join our Cuban familia, who is skilled in maintaining high standards and building and nurturing a fantastic team, to help deliver exceptional results. As Kitchen Manager, you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation and motivate those around you to get the best out of your team. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential, as you’ll need to work with management, front of house, and sales teams to ensure quality food and a fantastic guest experience!
