Slim Chickens Leeds is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced kitchen team, ensuring top quality food and service. You will drive standard, training, and hygiene across the kitchen, while managing stock and costs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Proven experience in a kitchen management role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a kitchen team
• A passion for cooking and delivering consistently great food
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesA deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
