The role is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour week, mainly daytime hours, plus one evening per week and occasional weekend work. A strong leadership background in a fast-paced restaurant is essential, with opportunities for growth and progression.

Kitchen Manager – £40,000 + bonus of up to £7,000 annually

40 hour week - for an amazing work-life balance

Location: London | Full-time | 40 hours per week

Mainly Mon-Fri daytime hours, with one evening per week and occasional weekend availability

Our dream Kitchen Managers are / have:

• Friendly, nice people who take their work seriously!

• At least 2 years experience in a leadership role in a professional restaurant, ideally with a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen. Although it is more important to have the right attitude and get stuck in fast!

• A positive attitude and an ability to work well as part of a team, particularly when under pressure.

• Great personality - patient, understanding and with a passion for developing leaders around you.
