Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC, home to Miller & Carter - Bessacarr, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen, train and mentor the team, and oversee food ordering and preparation.

You will be responsible for ensuring high standards, managing stock, and maintaining health and safety compliance while delivering a superb guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/kitchen leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Solid knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality food.
• Manage food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Work with a branded menu and standards.
