Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to steer a busy kitchen, motivate and support the team, and ensure every dish meets the highest standards during peak service.

You will manage a brigade, uphold hygiene and safety, and drive consistent, high-quality meals that delight customers across our pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen and leading a high-performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive performance in service.
• Strong focus on high-quality meals and consistent presentation.

Responsibilities

• Take the reins in the kitchen, making decisions to optimise the team’s performance.
• Lead and train the team to consistently deliver top-quality dishes on time.
