What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure
    smooth and efficient service
  • Leading, training, and inspiring the kitchen
    team to deliver high-quality food
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food
    preparation, presentation, and hygiene
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and
    controlling food costs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety
    regulations
  • Collaborating with the management team to drive
    the restaurant’s success
  • Creating a positive and motivating work
    environment in the kitchen
  • Handling any kitchen-related issues and
    resolving them promptly

  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role
    within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to
    motivate and guide a kitchen team
  • A passion for cooking and delivering
    consistently great food
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking
    abilities
  • A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene
    practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a
    high-energy environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including
