Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 a year + Bonus Scheme

A Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing and training the kitchen team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while controlling food costs.

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing and training the kitchen team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also manage food cost controls. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage and train the kitchen team effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
  • Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes at all times
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
  • Manage resources to meet business needs through effective rota management
  • Support brand standards via team training and assessment
  • Control food costs to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
  • Understand activities in other departments and their implications
  • Assist with workflow, goods receipt, and invoice monitoring
