Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

The Kitchen Manager is responsible for managing and training the kitchen team to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while controlling food costs.

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing and training the kitchen team to ensure high standards of service and food quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and training the kitchen team effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated environment
  • Ensuring consistency in dish quality
  • Maintaining compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and stock procedures
  • Managing resources through effective rota planning
  • Supporting brand standards through team training and assessment
  • Controlling food costs to contribute to revenue
  • Understanding activities in other departments and their implications
  • Assisting with workflow, receiving goods, and managing invoices
