Job summary

Miller & Carter - Bournemouth is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen, training your team and overseeing food ordering and preparation.

You’ll ensure high standards, work with a branded menu, and maintain health and hygiene regulations while driving targets and guest satisfaction. All management employees are enrolled onto our unique 3 day Steak School and we offer discounts across brands and a pension.

Qualifications

• Experience managing kitchen teams and driving high standards.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and compliance.
• Ability to train and mentor staff to deliver quality food.
