Job summary

Miller & Carter - Charwood Edinburgh is hiring a Kitchen Lead to drive a skilled kitchen team and deliver high‑quality steaks and dishes. You’ll train staff, manage stock, and ensure food safety while meeting targets in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications
