Job summary

Bighams Limited is seeking a Projects Engineer to deliver Kitchen Improvement Projects to support service levels on our Wells site. You will lead projects, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver improvements across production and maintenance.

The role requires experience in a chilled environment and a customer-focused mindset. The position offers a competitive salary with bonus and benefits, and is based on-site at Wells.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 mechanical and electrical certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in an FMG chilled environment.
• Customer-focused environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a range of projects to support Kitchen Improvement Activities.
• Engage with cross functional teams to research, ideate and implement projects to support growth.
• Investigate and find solutions to common issues across the site.
• Support Kitchen and Utilities Engineers to ensure service levels are maintained.
• Create and deliver presentations to management and operational teams.
• Deliver training and support to Operational and Engineering teams.
• Review project performance and report to senior team.
