Job summary

Tristone Nash in Eastleigh is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative with strong kitchen fitting capabilities to join our Planned Works team. You will deliver high-quality kitchen installations and refurbishment works within customers’ homes, using carpentry and plumbing skills to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a company van and a 40-hour week, emphasizing safety, right-first-time workmanship and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen fitting and general building maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete kitchen installations, replacements and refurbishment works.
• Carry out associated carpentry, plumbing and general multi-trade works.
• Work safely and efficiently, ensuring a right-first-time approach.
• Complete works in line with agreed programmes, specifications and building standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other trades.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide a professional, friendly service.
• Identify and resolve issues on site to minimise delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
