Job description

The dynamic fast expanding company specialised with supplying German kitchens, appliances and furniture with over 10 years’ experience within the sector. We are currently looking for a competent, confident and enthusiastic kitchen designer sales person to join our team in London branch.

PURPOSE :

To target local customer enquiries and increase turnover of response to all enquiries. Respond to customer enquires and assist with design service. Kitchen designer will be responsible to showroom manager.

SALARY RANGE :

Dependant on capabilities and experience to be discussed at interview. Salary will be based on monthly basic salary and commission 3% from net sale with estimated range from £30k - £35k per annum. Trial period - 3 months. Working hours 10 : 00 - 18 : 00 Monday to Saturday.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Effective and courteous handling of customer queries and service requests. Contacting clients, providing details of site surveys for design, preparing quotations and product offers. Kitchen designer would be also responsible for updating orders sheets relating to projects and customers enquires including providing samples of products and arranging clients appointments in showroom.

Kitchen designer sales person will be responsible for organisation of own tasks and to upkeep own customers database. Best candidate will operate with customer enquiry from site survey, consultations, design with alterations to final sale.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

• sales and customer service min. 3 years
• experience with designing kitchens min. 2 year
• experience with designing software Compusoft Winner or similar

QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL :

Communication skills, basic product knowledge (kitchen, dining and living furniture), sales drive and planning skills will be essential.

Skills with any design / quoting software in.e. Plan it, Archicad or Compusoft Winner, Excel, Evernote and Google business apps will be beneficial.
