This independent kitchen marketplace, which has experienced natural growth and strong referrals, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer for a flexible role working between two of their showrooms in the West Midlands.

The company sells both high-end German kitchens and British In-frame kitchens. You will be responsible for handling clients' design visions from initial contact through to completion. You will work collaboratively with a team of administrators for ordering and scheduling, project managers, installers, and fellow designers across various showrooms.

Skills and Experience required from the Kitchen Designer:

• Strong design and sales background within the independent kitchen marketplace
• Able to work to deadlines and targets
• Natural flair for design, presentation, and customer service
• Good IT skills and CAD literacy (they use Compusoft Winner and EQ)
• Full driving licence essential

The role offers a basic salary between £28k and £34k, plus pension, laptop, mobile phone, travel expenses, and an excellent commission structure.
