Job summary

Hotel Co 51 is hiring a Kitchen Crew Member for Moxy London Excel on a casual contract. You will assist with meal preparation, cooking and handling deliveries, restocking, and maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

No prior kitchen experience is required; bring a positive, can-do attitude. The role includes cleaning, equipment maintenance, waste disposal, and supporting the team to deliver guest meals to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking guest food orders the Moxy way.
• Basic food preparation including breakfast for the following day.
• Cleaning and sterilising countertops, kitchen walls, ovens, and sinks.
• Cleaning the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day.
• Maintaining the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators.
• Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen.
• Clearing, wiping tables in the lobby and bringing dishes to the dishwasher to wash.
• Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or loading dishes into the dishwasher.
• Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly.
• Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment.
• Providing assistance to the team as needed.

This position is based on a casual contract.

We have a fantastic position for a Kitchen Assistant (Crew Member) at Moxy London Excel, the role is on a casual contract.
