About the Role:
Are you passionate about creating seamless kitchen operations and supporting a dynamic culinary team? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveKitchen Coordinatorto join our team and help ensure our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely every day.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate daily kitchen operations including inventory management, deliveries, and food prep schedules
Maintain accurate records of food safety, hygiene, and compliance documentation
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
Support the culinary team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and reporting
Maintain HACCP documentation recording and filings
What you bring:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
Proficiency in spoken and written English
All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK
Schedule and hours:
This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week
Work hours will typically be between 9am – 5:30pm any day Monday to Sunday
Flexibility is required to work when needed outside of these hours, on any day of the week
