Job Description:

Cabra Castle is recruiting for full-time Kitchen Cleaning Assistant(s) / Kitchen Porter.

Main Duties:

To ensure that the kitchen is cleaned to an acceptable standard including walls, flooring, presses, cookers, fridges, etc.
To ensure that all dirty dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans are cleaned.
To ensure that the floors are brushed and washed thoroughly whenever necessary and at the end of every shift using the correct detergent as outlined in chemical training.
To ensure all health & safety policies and training are adhered to with specific emphasis on slips/trips and use of appropriate signage to warn passers-by of danger.
To ensure that all spills are wiped up immediately.

Requirements:

Permission to work & reside in Ireland.
Love of cleaning.
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
Manual handling certification is preferred but not essential.
Ability to reliably commute.
