About The Role

We are currently hiring Kitchen Surveyors across London. The basic salary for this role is £27,500 plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, allowing you to earn up to £35,500 annually.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. 40 hours on rota basis, including some evenings and weekends
  2. Conduct expert surveys of customer kitchens, ensuring accurate measurements for the design process
  3. Record all information electronically in line with GDPR
  4. Maintain an exceptional customer journey by providing outstanding service, top-quality surveys, and great communication
  5. Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback, and reduce errors within the business
  6. Ensure high-quality plans by auditing in advance of order/delivery and providing feedback to develop designers’ skills
  7. Adhere to policies and procedures related to Health and Safety as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document

About You

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Full UK manual driving licence
  2. Excellent attention to detail and error checking skills
  3. Highly organised, able to manage own time and multi-task
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. Process-driven and analytical, working efficiently
  6. Ability to provide excellent service and expert knowledge to customers
  7. Problem-solving skills, positive attitude, willingness to think outside the box
  8. Strong computer skills, confident in learning new software

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Previous experience conducting home measures/surveys
  2. Experience using CAD or planner software
  3. Knowledge of kitchen installation and legislation
  4. Knowledge of plan checking or error checking
  5. Previous experience in the kitchen industry
