Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Coventry is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to join our showroom team. You’ll meet and greet customers, design inspiring kitchens and bedrooms, and manage the end-to-end Wren journey. Experience isn’t essential—just a proactive, target-driven approach.

This role is 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission. We offer world-class training, uncapped earning potential with OTE £50k, eye care vouchers and staff discounts, plus clear progression

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets in retail is desirable.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with kitchen/bedroom designs that convert to sales.
• Promote additional products and services including finance and installation.
• Follow up customer enquiries promptly.
• Ensure customers have a world class journey from start to finish.
• Maintain an up-to-date order bank and keep in touch with customers.
