Role:Kitchen & Bathroom Sales AdvisorSalary: Up to £32,000 basic + uncapped bonus (realistic OTE = £12K pa/£1k per month)Location: St Austell, Cornwall
Our client is seeking to appoint an expert kitchen and bathroom sales advisor for their kitchen and bathroomshowroom in St Austell, Cornwall.
The Role:The overall purpose of the role is to maximise profitability ensuring sales and margin objectives are met through identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers and collaborating closely with branch teams to create a seamless customer journey that exceeds expectations.
Role requirements:

Proven selling experience within a Kitchen and/orBathroom Showroom; generating sales leads, converting leads to orders and negotiating prices.

CAD (or similar) design skills along with the ability to interpret a customers brief and deliver as required

Track record of creating and sustaining strong customer-centric culture

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels

Track record of achieving sales and efficiency targets

Understanding of what makes a great customer journey and ability to create sales opportunities which leverage cross-selling opportunities whilst exceeding customer expectations
