Job summary

Travelodge Brighton Seafront is recruiting a Kitchen Bar Cafe Team Member on a full-time contract. No experience is required as full training will be provided. You will be part of a fun, supportive team and enjoy benefits including staff discounts and progression opportunities.

You will prepare, promote, and upsell food and drinks, handle kitchen duties, serve behind the bar, take orders, and keep the bar and kitchen areas clean. A friendly, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude welcome.
• Willingness to learn food prep and bar service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, promote and upsell food and drinks.
• Make food in the kitchen and assist with bar service.
• Serve drinks behind the bar and take customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness in bar and kitchen areas.
• Support the team in daily operations and customer service.
