DCC JE post XS2.2 Grade 1, £12.26 per hour
10 hours per week (Thursday and Friday 9.15am - 2.45pm), term time plus training days.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out general kitchen duties as directed by the Cook; this will include the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining a high standard of kitchen hygiene and cleaning of equipment, surfaces and floors.
Westfield is a highly regarded 4-19, 233 pupil Dorset special school. All pupils have moderate/complex learning difficulties and more than half have a diagnosis of ASD. The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant and successful school. They will also receive the full support of an exceptionally committed and skilful staff team. Ofsted judged us as outstanding in February 2023.
