Location: Leominster Care Home, Leominster HR6 8EY

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Contract: Permanent Part-time, 8-hour shifts

Shift Times: 10am - 6:30pm, Sundays only

Responsibilities

1. Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
2. Assist chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and maintaining cleanliness in preparation areas.
3. Monitor stock rotation, adhere to company policies, and follow all mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
4. Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.

Qualifications and Skills

A passion for food, previous kitchen experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are required. You should aim to deliver excellent service at each meal, making residents feel at home. High standards of cleanliness and good communication with the team are essential.
